I am currently a collaborating researcher with David Rolnick’s lab at Mila in Montréal where I apply machine learning to climate and environmental data. Previously, I worked as a research associate on remote sensing data for crop type mapping and image retrieval with the RSiM group at TU Berlin. Before that, I investigated methods for testing and certifying robustness properties of neural networks as a researcher at neurocat.
I hold a Master of Science degree in pure mathematics from the University of Bonn.
I am interested in climate change mitigation, machine learning and all things causal and Bayesian.
